Stands

For the industry exhibition we offer two different exhibitor's space categories with 7.5m² (Stand-# 01-07) or 6m² (Stand-# 08-18, 26-36) of floor space at a fee of EUR 1,875 or EUR 1,500, respectively. Admittance to the symposium as well as information materials for one person are included in the fee. »proceed to participant registration form

A table (140 cm x 70 cm), a chair, a triple electrical socket (220V) and WLAN-connection are provided at each stand.
Should you require more or less space for your exhibit, we will be glad to arrange for a larger or smaller stand size at a fee of EUR 250 per additional square meter (Stand-# 22-25). Value Added Tax (VAT) will be added to all prices quoted in this invitation.
A direct and convenient entrance to the exhibition area is available to facilitate transportation and assembly of your presentation materials. Please take out insurance coverage for the materials and goods you plan to present.
Installation begins on Monday, September 29th at 1pm. De-installation may be started on Wednesday, October 1st after 1pm.

The morning of Tuesday, September 30th between approximately 10:30 AM and 12:30 PM (after two attractive major lectures) is exclusively reserved to provide participants of the conference with ample time to visit the industry-exhibit (conference break). Using a big screen, a professional moderator will guide visitors through the exhibit and will be available for a short interview with the attendant of your stand at no extra charge.
We ask you to send us one or two (at the most) power-point sheets of significant information not later than June 30th 2014, if interested.
As an alternative it would also be possible to address interested professionals in your field of expertise during a specialist presentation of your innovative products and services (max. 10 minutes for a fee of EUR 300).

Please note, that attendance (see floor plan below), as well as the number of possible 10-minute presentations (max. 6) are limited. Registrations for exhibit spaces and presentation times are accepted on a first come, first served basis. We urge you to register early. Prices quoted are without Value Added Tax, which will be added to the total.
Members of the German Vacuum Society (DVG – Deutsche Vakuumgesellschaft e.V.) receive a discount of EUR 100 on the stand fee. In case you would like to become a member of the DVG, please fill out the application form on the last page. » proceed to information and registration form
