Advertising and sponsoring

In the Book of Abstracts you may take out a full-page ad in the format of DIN A5. Prices are 250.00 € per sheet (one- or two-sided) in black and white or 400.00 € per sheet in color. The price of a colored ad on the cover (except title page) is 800.00 €. Closing date is April 30th 2014.

Company-logo and link of each advertiser can be published free of charge at the conference homepages at www.ifos.uni-kl.de/AOFA and www.vakuumgesellschaft.de.

Subsequent to the scientific program on Tuesday the traditional company reception takes place with a cold and warm buffet and drinks. This provides a comfortable atmosphere for the attendees of the symposium to have conversations with representatives of the exhibiting companies and to establish new or intensify existing personal contacts.

We ask the exhibiting companies to contribute proportionally to the coverage of arising expenses (appr. 200.00 to 250.00 €).

The symposium offers an ideal platform for connecting with interested experts, strengthening existing contacts and gaining future customers. We encourage you to use the opportunities described below to present your company and for marketing your products. We are looking for sponsors of the following supplies for the symposium:

• Bags: Each attendant of the symposium will receive a bag containing pertinent documentation and materials. The placement of your company’s logo on these bags guarantees visual perception of your company as a close partner of the event.
• Writing tablets, pens or pencils: Each attendee of the symposium shall be supplied with a writing tablet and pen or pencil for his personal notes. The sponsor of this item exclusively provides these supplies (in agreement with the organizing committee) and his logo therefore is permanently present during the event.
• Lanyards: Each attendant shall carry a name tag permanently. The name tags will be affixed to lanyards which are well suited to carrying logos that will be clearly visible during the event.
